Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking educators who are passionate, reliable, and committed to children’s wellbeing and learning.

You will ideally hold one of the following qualifications:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT)

• Current paid Working With Children Check

Your Role

In this full-time position, you will:

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Support children’s learning through meaningful experiences and intentional teaching

• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels respected and valued

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

• Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to deliver high-quality education and care

• Contribute to programming, documentation, and continuous improvement practices
